50g Sachet of INDYA Spices Butter Chicken Spice Blend

METHOD:

Step 1

Add the diced boneless chicken and cook until fully done, about 10 minutes. Stir in 250ml single cream and 2 tbsp butter, mix well, and simmer for 2–3 minutes until creamy. Season with salt and set aside.

Step 2

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a separate pan and pan-fry the cubed tofu until golden brown.

Add the pan-fried tofu to the butter chicken sauce, stir in single cream and butter, and simmer for 2–3 minutes until creamy. Season with salt and serve hot.

Step 3

Serve hot with rice or naan.
