METHOD:

Step 1

Heat 4 tbsp vegetable oil or butter in a pan over medium heat. Add 2 finely chopped garlic cloves and sauté until fragrant. Stir in 1 finely chopped medium red onion and cook until golden brown. Add 600g lamb, chicken, paneer, or vegetables and cook until browned. Season with salt.

Step 2

Mix 1 sachet (50g) Creamy Korma spice mix with 100ml water, then add it to the pan. Stir well. Pour in 300ml single cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Cook for 5–7 minutes until thick and creamy.

Step 3

Stir in 2 tbsp butter and garnish with chopped almonds and cashew nuts (optional). Serve hot with rice, naan, or bread.
