1 sachet (50g) INDYA Spices Fiery Madras spice blend

METHOD:

Step 1: Prepare the Burger Patties

In a bowl, mix 600g minced meat with 1 sachet (50g) Fiery Madras spice mix, finely chopped onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, and salt. Shape into 4 burger patties.

Step 2: Cook the Patties

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and cook the patties for 4–5 minutes per side until fully cooked.

Step 3: Assemble the Burgers

Lightly toast the burger buns and spread mayonnaise or yogurt on them. Add the cooked patty, followed by lettuce and sliced tomatoes. Close the buns and serve hot.
